A damage deposit is required for rental equipment and must be secured with a  credit card -Visa or Mastercard. It is the renter’s responsibility to pay for any repairs or replacement of equipment on damage due to carelessness, loss or rough use.  Normal wear and tear will not apply.

We will require signed liability waivers from each member of any group before departing our base of operations.  Include with your waiver will be your float plan…..just in case.

One waiver we will not expect you to sign is a media waiver.  All too often you read consistently glowing online reviews of outfitters.  In my experience both as a tripper and an avid traveller, these are often (but not always) the result of a crafted  and controlled media image which only allows positive reviews and threatens legal action against either the negative poster or the review host.  If we’ve provided less than satisfactory service we want to know about it and learn from it so that it doesn’t happen again.
