We will require signed liability waivers from each member of any group before departing our base of operations. Include with your waiver will be your float plan…..just in case.
One waiver we will not expect you to sign is a media waiver. All too often you read consistently glowing online reviews of outfitters. In my experience both as a tripper and an avid traveller, these are often (but not always) the result of a crafted and controlled media image which only allows positive reviews and threatens legal action against either the negative poster or the review host. If we’ve provided less than satisfactory service we want to know about it and learn from it so that it doesn’t happen again.
Our rates on this site are listed in US dollars and “without taxes included”.
Federal Taxes -There is a 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (federal and provincial) on everything but groceries. If you are a Non-Resident of Canada you can obtain a rebate of a portion of this tax on your accommodations and hard goods purchased only. The rebate does not apply to services such as shuttles, guides and equipment rentals.
